The easiest cake in the world, oh yeah!

Cake! that's it!  Cake made with cheese, so to speak: easy, quick and enjoyable. For baking we do not use eggs, and replace butter with oil. It is delicate in its structure is like yeast cake, especially right out of the oven. Its perfect for filling with a variety of fruits.

Cake made with cheese and strawberries filling

500g strawberries
350g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
175g lean minced cottage cheese (I've used cheese riccotta)
6 tablespoons milk
8 tablespoons of vegetable oil
75g sugar
vanilla sugar
1 egg, but not necessarily
Mix all ingredients for about a minute.Ricotta mixer makes the dough is light and spongy,has a consistency similar to dough. If the dough sticks to the hand must be added a little flour. Put it into a mold and bake with any fruit.
